Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


High Demand / Delays

During new launches, promotions, or high-demand periods, orders may be shipped batch by batch to ensure accuracy and quality control.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SKYNCARE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked as delivered, SKYNCARE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
